Recently, according to a number of industry insiders close to SF and Baishi, Zhou Jian, former senior vice president of Baishi group and general manager of Baishi international, has joined SF group in April this year, or will be responsible for the business related to special preferential distribution of economic e-commerce express products of SF. The specific position has not been disclosed to the public.

Shun Fung said it would not comment on the news. Prior to this, Baishi group announced on the occasion of its financial report in 2019 that Zhou Jian had submitted his resignation for personal reasons and left in March 2020.

According to the data, Zhou Jian graduated from the Department of electronics and information engineering of Huazhong University of Technology (now Huazhong University of science and Technology) in April 2001 with a master's degree in information processing engineering. Before joining Baishi group, Zhou Jian served as an executive in UT Starcom China and China Power Sinochem (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. In addition, in July 2006, he also founded Shanghai Zhongyi Communication Technology Co., Ltd., serving as the CEO and President of the company.

In 2008, Zhou Jian formally joined Baishi group and became one of the core members of the company's start-up team. Since then, he has served as vice president of Baishi group, general manager of Baishi express and general manager of Baishi international. Since January 1, 2017, Zhou Jian has been transferred to be the general manager of strategy and international business department of Baishi group.

It is understood that for major customers, SF launched the special distribution service in May 2019, and then SF Holdings said at the performance presentation meeting in August last year that the ex gratia special distribution is not a short-term product. The main reason for the rapid growth of China's express industry is in the e-commerce market, which is mainly aimed at this demand.

According to the data, SF Express's economic sector business has achieved a 47.54% year-on-year increase in revenue in the second half of 2019, with more than half of the economy at the end of the year.
