But please remember that the personnel department of the company is not your object. The first task of the personnel department is not to help employees, but to protect the interests of the company from the employees. This is the most important thing.
Many people may think that the personnel department is a friend of their own. Sometimes even the real attitude towards the company and the boss will be told to the personnel department.
If you often do this, I can say with certainty that you will fall very badly and no one will tell you why.
No matter how friendly the personnel department is, you must recognize that you will share the information with your decision-making department, such as your boss, manager, supervisor and CEO.
The responsibility of the personnel department is (sometimes lawfully) to inform the company's decision making departments of your so-called "secrets".
For example, if you don't like your current job content or deal with the boss's relationship badly, you must not ask the personnel department to complain that you should communicate directly with your boss.
At that time, the staff of the Ministry of personnel may sympathize with others and say that they reflect the situation to their superiors. But in most cases, the personnel department will convey your dialogue with them to your boss without fail. Your boss is absolutely inexcusable. First, the problem is not solved by the boss, but the personnel department is found directly, so you are in a very passive position and may be forced to leave the company.

Please note that in most cases, the leaders will see the amount of reimbursement, and if they are willing, the finance department can provide the details of each person's reimbursement at any time.
I have seen some people who are cheap in the company before, and meals and traffic charges are always on their own personal (not for the company business) costs, perhaps only 100 yuan, but it is these small money that will break your future.
A boss I know told me such a sentence: "when a certain employee reported the business meal fee, but I paid the day clearly."
Maybe this employee is too careless.
But there are some of the bosses I know. He even checks the time on which you punch the tickets, and records every employee's monthly expenses. Maybe you may not say anything when you reimburse him, but then you lose more than just money.
