Women'S Clothing Brand Ladies' House Wants To Be Listed On Shenzhen Stock Exchange &Nbsp, Raising 432 Million Yuan.
Lace, folds, bow ties and delicate and charming colors, the impressive ladies' ladies' houses (extended location information) are listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The SFC announced last Friday night that it will review the first application of Shenzhen ladies' house in November 2nd.
According to the prospectus, the 42 million 400 thousand shares of the ladies house will be issued, and the total share capital will be 169 million 595 thousand shares after the issue.
It plans to raise 432 million yuan to invest in three major projects, including marketing channel expansion, big wave clothing home textile production base construction and information system technical pformation.
Lady house is a fashion home textile company. Its main products are women's wear, children's wear and bedding.
At present, there are 830 stores.
The founder Kuang Zi and his family members held heavy rights in the company and concentrated a large number of shares.
