Clothing Shoes And Hats Consumer Complaints Hotspots Broken Heels

On the morning of March 9th, the Yangzhou Consumer Association held a "3.15" briefing and released the "2010" of our city.

Ten complaints hotspots

It is understood that in 2010, the consumers' Association of the whole city received 5915 calls from consumers, and 2660 received complaints, successfully mediating 2490, and saving 430 yuan for consumers.

According to the overall situation of complaints received throughout the year, the City Consumers Association has listed our city's "ten complaints hotspots" and "ten typical cases of successful rights protection" in 2010.


The ten major complaints are:

Clothing and shoes

Prepaid card consumption, health care products, agricultural materials, online shopping, intermediary services, home decoration services, furniture ordering contracts, home appliances market and mobile phone after-sales service.

Among them, clothing and shoes and caps accounted for the top four consecutive years. The number of complaints this year increased by 4.2% over the same period last year.

Consumer complaints are still focused on shrinkage, fading and pilling of garments, while shoe upper, upper and heel are broken and opened.
