In Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, the high-end textile and clothing industry is a 100 billion level industry focused on local development. At present, more than 600 high-end textile and clothing enterprises have gathered, accounting for 23% of the total number of industrial enterprises above the designated size in Jiangyin. Faced with an increasingly saturated market, the local government took multiple measures to help enterprises innovate and transform.

　　 In the cloud clothing laboratory of Jiangyin, Jiangsu, a textile and clothing enterprise, an innovative fabric made of paper into yarn and made of paper for clothing came out. The laboratory cooperates with Tsinghua University and other institutions of higher learning, combines traditional papermaking technology with high-tech, and has developed many new fabrics and technologies.

The research and development of this fabric has realized a breakthrough application of natural fibers in clothing materials. Our original intention is also to achieve a harmonious coexistence between man and nature.

In recent years, the Jiangyin Municipal Government has invested more than 10 million yuan every year to support school enterprise and school local cooperation. Enterprises have joined hands with colleges and universities to provide continuous innovation impetus for development. In this enterprise's cloud service smart factory, the measurement panel on the station only takes 7 seconds, and the 3D intelligent body system can display the shoulder width, length and other data in the background in real time. After the data is entered into the intelligent production workshop system, we can maximize the use of each fabric through encryption, automatic calculation, arrangement and combination.

The 2m/s light and shadow cutting machine cuts according to intelligent materials, which is efficient and accurate.

We identify it by this data number, put the pieces of the same person in this box, put them on the shelf through the intelligent hanger, and go to the next sewing. Because we have every hanger RFID The (electronic tag) chip can track the production line and link of your customized clothes in real time.

These intelligent hanging equipment with numbers are independently developed by enterprises, realizing automatic control of the whole process.
