In this year, the total investment of 90 million yuan in the construction of the digital spinning equipment of Zhushun Textile Co., Ltd.

Xuyuan 350000 spindles high quality blended yarn project covers an area of 300 mu, with a total investment of 1.9 billion yuan. At present, the first phase project with an investment of 690 million yuan has been started. It is expected to start equipment installation in September this year and trial production in December.

The total investment of Longyuan textile phase II project with an annual output of 500000 spindles is 2.2 billion yuan. The project approval procedures are in progress, and construction will start immediately after completion.

Jiayu textile equipment project has a total investment of 150 million yuan, with an annual output of 100 million pieces of packaging equipment for spinning. At present, the site leveling and other work have been completed. It is planned to start the main works of the plant next month, and complete the equipment installation and trial production within this year.

Science and technology are the primary productive forces. Shunyuan textile has set up an academician expert workstation to carry out industry university research cooperation with colleges and universities. It has invested 30 million to 50 million yuan in technical transformation every year, accelerated the implementation of 31 intelligent technical transformation projects, and achieved the first-class level of domestic textile industry.

To make the industry bigger and stronger, Shunyuan textile is moving towards the established goal step by step: this year, the production capacity can reach 725000 spindles, with an output value of more than 3 billion yuan; in 2023, it will achieve an output value of 7.5 billion yuan, and in 2028, it will achieve an output value of 10.8 billion yuan.

As a leading enterprise of civil yarn, Shunyuan textile series sets the target and continues to make efforts. At the same time, Xinsen and Fengdi's production capacity ranks the fifth in the world's nylon spinning industry. Youxi County takes two nylon filament manufacturing enterprises as the leader, driving the county's nylon filament production capacity to make new breakthroughs.

The cultivation of leading enterprises requires the broad masses of cadres to take responsibility. Relevant municipal and county departments have opened up green channels to help enterprises solve the problems of financial support, examination and approval, power supply guarantee, etc. in the process of development, especially during the period of normalized epidemic prevention and control, strengthen the guidance of enterprise epidemic prevention and control, and speed up the resumption of work and production of enterprises.
