The sewage treatment plant project is built and operated by CITIC Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., and sewage treatment is strictly controlled. It is used to deal with the waste water generated from the production of printing and dyeing, washing and other garments. 90% of the waste water is processed and recycled for enterprise production. The remaining 10% is processed by advanced technology. According to the latest international standards, "no pollution" is discharged, and the discharge water quality and the surface normal rainfall are not two. The project of cogeneration plant is built and operated by Datang Huayin power Limited by Share Ltd. The project is based on the combined heat and power generation of coal-fired back pressure compressor, distributed photovoltaic and decentralized wind power, intelligent heat network and incremental distribution network as the smart energy center, and realizes the park's "multi energy complementarity, cascade development, recycling and coupling pollution and waste", and is committed to building the national and Hunan intelligent energy demonstration project.

At present, the main building of the 6 factory buildings in the assembly plant building area on the north side of the clothing production park has been completed. The first phase of the environmental protection facilities park has been completed by three links and one level. 31 enterprises have formally signed contracts, attracting more than 300 enterprises from Zhongshan, Shenzhen, Huizhou and Jiangsu Zhenjiang to come to the docking negotiations and join together.
