In April 28th, the Jiangsu provincial market supervision bureau released the first batch of provincial product quality supervision and spot checks in 2019.

In the first quarter of this year, the provincial market supervision bureau organized supervision and spot checks on the quality of 18 categories of products, such as daily use and textiles, electronic and electrical appliances, light industrial products, and 3 categories.

A total of 1617 batches of products were selected, including 1333 batches of qualified products, with an average pass rate of 82.4%, which was the same as the average pass rate in the first quarter of last year.




For daily use and textiles, there were 590 batches of 6 kinds of products, including women's underwear, spring casual wear, towels, travel bags, radiant protective clothing and tourist shoes. Among them, 501 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 84.9%.

The passing rate of radiation protection clothing, spring casual wear, women's underwear and towels was 95.8%, 91.5%, 89.9% and 89.8% respectively, and the unqualified items were concentrated in fiber content, pH value, dry friction color fastness and water absorbency; the qualified rate of tourist shoes was 90%; the unqualified items were the wear resistance of the outsole; the qualified rate of the travel bags was 53.1%, and the unqualified items included the impact performance, impact resistance, impact resistance, suture strength and drop performance of the rigid box surface.




In electronics and electrical appliances, 100 batches of 3 kinds of products, including electric oven and baking appliance, skin and hair care apparatus and electric chafing dish, were selected. Among them, 85 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 85%.

The qualified rates of the 3 products were 100%, 83.3% and 75% respectively, and the unqualified items included input power and current, abnormal work, power connection and external soft wire, continuous disturbance (terminal voltage), continuous harassment (disturbance power), and protection against touching live parts.




For light industrial products, a total of 675 batches of sanitary napkin (including sanitary pad), tissue paper and toilet paper, toilet paper, wet towel, kitchen cleanser, laundry powder and fabric liquid detergent, toothbrush, jade wax, fireworks and firecrackers were selected in 9 batches, of which 565 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 83.7%.

其中,卫生巾(含卫生护垫)、厨房用清洁剂合格率为100%;湿巾合格率为98%,不合格项目包括细菌菌落总数、真菌菌落总数等指标;牙刷合格率为96.3%,不合格项目包括毛束强度分类、非磨尖丝部分刷毛磨毛等指标;洗衣粉、衣料用液体洗涤剂合格率分别为87.8%、86%,不合格项目包括总活性物含量、规定污布的去污力等指标;纸巾纸和卫生纸合格率为76.5%,不合格项目包括内装量、横向抗张指数、灰分、柔软度、尘埃度、产品销售包装标识、细菌菌落总数、横向吸液高度等指标;烟花爆竹合格率为74.7%,不合格项目包括部件、结构和材质、药种、药量、燃放性能等指标;玉石蜜蜡合格率为67.5%,不合格项目包括名称、标识等指标。




In view of the product quality problems found in the supervision and spot checks, the provincial market supervision bureau will urge all localities to strengthen the follow-up work of the disqualified enterprises in accordance with the product quality law and the consumer rights protection act, and increase the follow-up supervision and inspection of the production and sales enterprises with low sampling rate, and guide and supervise the production enterprises to implement the main responsibility of the product quality, organize production in strict accordance with the standards, ensure product quality effectively, guide and urge the sales enterprises to strengthen product quality control, strictly enforce product quality access, and continuously improve the quality level of products in the circulation field.




Next, the provincial market supervision bureau will classify and publish the product quality supervision and spot check analysis report, announce the supervision and spot check of each product, the quality problem, the list of unqualified enterprises and related consumption tips, guide the masses to consume scientifically and rationally, and strive to create a good consumption environment.
