LNDR, A Luxury Sports Brand With Nike'S Trademark Infringement Lawsuit, Won The Lawsuit.

The reason is that at the end of the advertisement, the word "LDNR" appears on the Logo of Nike (here is the abbreviation of Londoner).
The court said that Nike carried out trademark search 6 months before the advertisement, and learned that the "LNDR" trademark had been registered, but it continued to publish the advertisement. The court decided that Nike could not use the "LNDR" logo for LNDR's trademark infringement.
LNDR Joanna Turner, co-founder, said: "Nike's ads soon got a lot of exposure. From our point of view, this advertisement is conveying the message "LDNR is the trademark of Nike" to the public, or let them mistake it for cooperation between our two brands. Although it is not easy to make a decision against Nike, it turns out that our choice is right. Confusing our brand with Nike will bring serious consequences. "
At present, Nike The spokesman did not respond to the matter, nor is it clear whether they intend to appeal against the court's ruling.
