Three. Selection process

From July 20, 2018 to November 2018, the activities were divided into four stages:

Through personal recommendation or unit recommendation, applicants should organize and design their own achievements in the field of textile non heritage promotion, forming text, pictures and video materials, and submit them to the organizing committee through a specified recommendation.

 

2, preliminary assessment (September 1, 2018 - September 30th)

The organizing committee collated and submitted materials, organized expert committees to conduct comprehensive reviews, and selected 20 to 25 ambassadors for promotion and publicity and Internet voting.

3, review (October 1, 2018 - October 31st)

According to the online voting and the final selection of the professional jury, 10 to 12 ambassadors for the promotion of China's textile heritage in the 2018 year were evaluated.

 

4, awards (November 2018)

Four, selection criteria

Five, recommended way

Five. Submission requirements

1, each work must submit a A4 (210mm * 297mm) specification color effect diagram, briefly explain the design concept and creativity of the work, and attach the implied meaning of 200 to 500 words and the requirements of making material, process and so on.

2, if there are packaging design works, the color rendering of the submitted works should reflect the two states before and after packaging, as well as the effect diagram of the outer packaging, and the requirements of material and technology for the material production.

3, design work and packaging should embody the "China Textile intangible cultural heritage conference logo" (see Annex), ensure that the logo design does not change during design; when the logo is used in color design, the logo should be strictly marked, monochromatic design is not limited, and the physical production process (weaving, dyeing, embroidery, printing, etc.) is not restricted.

4, this activity does not accept the object of the work. After the production of the object is completed, it is necessary to take pictures and submit the electronic files after careful typesetting.

5. The quality of the submitted electronic picture is not less than 300dpi, and the storage format is TIF (CMYK mode) or JPG.

6. All the selected works will not be returned. Please keep the author backup.

Seven. Copyright matters

The design work must be the original works of the participants, such as intellectual property rights or copyright disputes, etc. the organizing committee will cancel its qualification and accept the consequences from the participants.

The participants agree that the organizers have the right to publicize, exhibit and sell the selected works.
