Since April 1st, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Gansu have formally implemented the latest minimum wage standards for 2015.
Among them, the minimum wage standard in Beijing is adjusted to 1720 yuan from 1560 yuan per month, and the minimum wage in Shanghai is adjusted to 2020 yuan from 1820 yuan per month; the lowest in Tianjin is the lowest.

It was adjusted from 1680 yuan per month to 1850 yuan, and the minimum wage in Gansu province was adjusted to 1470 yuan from 1350 yuan per month.
With the increase of the minimum wage standards in the above four regions, according to incomplete statistics from reporters, since 2015, 11 regions of Hunan, Hainan, Tibet, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Shandong, Shaanxi, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Tianjin have announced the upgrading of minimum labour standards.
After adjustment, from the absolute number of the minimum wage standard, the highest monthly minimum wage standard in Shenzhen is 2030 yuan, and the highest minimum wage standard is Beijing, reaching 18.7 yuan.
From the perspective of the "gold content" of the minimum wage standard, Shanghai and Beijing are clear that the minimum wage standard does not include "all social insurance premiums and housing provident funds payable by individuals", and employers should pay separately according to the regulations. Therefore, the minimum wage standard of these two places is higher.
It is understood that the "minimum wage regulations" clearly, minimum wage standards generally adopt the minimum monthly wage standard and the minimum wage standard.
The monthly minimum wage is applicable to full-time employed labourers, and the hourly minimum wage standard applies to part-time workers.
Minimum wage standards should be adjusted at least once every two years.
