Kangnai group seized the opportunity of the Ministry of Commerce to set up an overseas economic and trade cooperation zone, and signed an agreement on the joint development of the Russian Wusu Rees East Far East cooperation zone with the Jixin group, which has established a Russian sales network and has experience in overseas factories.

In June 2006, the Dongning county government, the Wusu Rees city government, the Kangnai group and the Jixin Group signed the contract text of the construction cooperation area.

In August of the same year, the Ministry of Commerce confirmed the establishment of the usurusk economic and trade cooperation zone. The Wenzhou Kangnai group and the Dongning Jixin group successfully joined hands. The two sides established Conway international industrial and Trade Co., Ltd., with a land acquisition area of 538 thousand and 100 square meters. At present, the cooperative zone has 7 domestic enterprises, including 5 shoe factories and a wood processing plant, and a furniture factory.
