1 raw material properties


The cross-section of Aquafresh hygroscopic and fast drying fiber is a unique cross section structure. It has good capillary effect, and its specific surface area is 35% larger than that of conventional fiber.

Quickly pfer moisture and sweat from the surface of the fabric to the outside side of the fabric, so that it can be quickly dried to prevent the body temperature from being reduced due to sweat evaporation, so as to avoid causing cold and wet feeling to the human body and keep the skin dry and comfortable.

Moreover, the precursor of the fiber is 100% profiled nylon, which has the characteristics of cotton fiber and nylon fiber. It has good spinnability, flexibility, high strength, high molecular elongation and flexibility, good abrasion resistance and good elasticity. It is especially suitable for wearing in sports and leisure occasions.

2 fabric specification and process design


2.1 fabric specification

2.2 fabric selection


The double concave convex fabric is used to make the fabric surface with concave and convex effect by using the characteristics of the structure and warp tension. The warp yarn (ground and suture) of the two systems is arranged in a direction ratio of 2:1, and the weft yarn (weft and core weft, weft and weft filling ratio) of the two systems are interwoven to form the fabric, and the fabric is woven with 2:1.

The weave and weft yarns form a plain weave on the fabric surface.

The suture will interweave along the front and the back of the fabric along the outline of the pattern, and weave the weft yarn to form a concave and convex pattern on the surface of the fabric.

The fabric has strong texture and new style, which is very popular with consumers.

3 process design and determination of process parameters


3.1 warping process


TW N type filament warping machine is adopted. The machine has high automation and simple operation, and has a hairiness detection device. The tension, arrangement and winding are three evenly distributed, forming well.

In order to ensure unwinding tension and reduce wastage during production, try to maintain the same size of the upper package.

Reduce the warping machine speed, ensure the warp shaft winding surface is flat and no collapse phenomenon; strictly control the warping tension size, maintain uniform tension, make the warp shaft surface smooth, winding internal and external tightness, consistency, hardness and density meet the requirements.

The guide roller should be parallel to the warp shaft and operate flexibly.

Speed: 300m/min, single yarn tension 25cN.


3.2 pulp process


Adopt KSH300 type pulp yarn machine.

The machine has automatic tension control device and temperature control device. It has high speed, uniform sizing and convenient extension and adjustment.

The speed is 70m/min, and the sizing rate is controlled at 7%.

The size of the sizing agent is mainly acrylic size.

AS805F acrylic acid 4%, PVA-205MB2%, antistatic agent 0.2%, smoothing agent 1.5%.

The formula can effectively increase the holding force of filaments, consolidate monofilament, reduce hairiness, enhance flexibility, toughness and wear resistance of the filament, reduce static electricity and improve weaving efficiency.

The KB20 shaft is used for the shaft and the speed is 100m/min.


3.3 weaving process


Japanese J. Tian Ju ZA209i 190 type filament dobby air-jet loom is used to weave double weaves.

The machine has advanced functions such as weighting rear beams, automatic weaving and multicolor weft insertion, so as to meet the weaving requirements of high-grade fabrics.

The opening process requires clear opening and moderate tension, and the broken ends of the warp are controlled below 1 / h.

Aiming at the problem of more broken weft, the main jet pressure is low and the auxiliary injection pressure is appropriately raised. The auxiliary spray setting angle is adjusted to 100.

It reduces the broken weft and improves the driving efficiency.

Loom main process parameters: loom speed 510r/min, machine tension 1600N-.I-200N, rear beam height 82mm, main spray pressure 0.35MPa + 0.10MPa, auxiliary spray pressure 0.45MPa + 0.10MPa, total number of roots 6936, opening time 288.

The reed number is 53.34 teeth /10cm.

After adjusting the equipment and process parameters, the loom reaches the best running state, weaving efficiency is over 85%, and the first rate of the next machine reaches more than 90%.


4 concluding remarks


This variety is made of filament fabric. Thin warp stop piece is used for weaving machine. Rectangular heald silk is selected for heald wire. It can prevent silk from scratching.

Because the filament is smooth and flexible, it is easy to appear tension unevenness during weaving. Therefore, it is necessary to select a larger tension on the machine and check, control and adjust it at any time, so as to avoid color difference in the process of dyeing.
