Nakano Mitsuo, President of Japan Textile Association,

The Chinese market deserves great attention.

In spite of successive disasters such as the Japanese earthquake, the European crisis and the Thailand floods, in 2011, Japanese companies realized their yield improvement through their respective efforts.

Due to the demand for energy conservation, sales of underwear, work clothes, shirts and other products are considerable, but the rise in raw cotton and crude oil prices and processing costs has led to the fact that

Material Science

Costs rise and profit margins fall.

In the environment of raw material inflation and tight product prices, business operation has become very difficult and the uncertainty of economic environment has increased.

Under such a difficult business environment, we need to recover from the earthquake as soon as possible, which depends on the concerted efforts of the government and the public.

Among them, fiber fabric manufacturers can make their contribution by developing high performance products that can meet the needs of energy saving and emission reduction.

There is little hope for domestic demand growth, but overseas demand, especially in the Chinese market, is still of great concern.

As an association, we will accelerate the technology inheritance and development through the textile technology research projects in the training of reserve talents, and increase the market demand for cotton products through the promotion of "love cotton day".

We hope to adopt a positive attitude and solve all kinds of problems through flexible methods and ideas.

Gu Shou Shou, chairman of the Japan Wool Textile Association,

The wool market is still out of stalemate.

The wool industry in Japan went through a downturn after the financial crisis. The production of wool rose by 13% last year, up nearly 10% last year, but the growth momentum in the second half of last year has stagnated and has remained unchanged.

Although the energy saving temperature control advocated by Japan has directly promoted the revival of the textile industry, it has reduced the demand of consumers for the biggest suit of wool.

At the beginning of this year, there was a sign of wool returning to the market, especially driven by China's exuberant domestic demand market.

hope

These can play a positive role in the release of wool from stagnation.

The public welfare undertakings of Japan's wool industry technology development association, which I worked closely with, started in September 2010.

The association has carried out work in aspects of personnel training, industry and University co operation, wool teaching materials and JIS revision.

As of last year, the Japanese Association of wool workers has completed the recruitment work of 13 quasi member enterprises, and will further strengthen the recruitment of members to achieve the purpose of increasing membership and enhancing the operation, discourse and solidarity of the wool industry.

Japan Chemical Fiber Association will grow up in Yagi into men:

High performance fiber industry is expected to grow at a high speed.

Japan's chemical fiber industry accounts for only 2% of the world's total chemical fiber production, but Japan is at a leading level in the field of high-performance materials and high-performance fibers, especially in the environment of carbon, multi-functional fiber, nano ultrafine fiber and biological fiber in the pursuit of green and environmental protection.

Japan's special functions, the development of high performance products and its application to industry have expanded the application scope and scale of hi-tech fabrics, and are also advancing to emerging markets.

At the same time, Japan is facing a complex international competitive environment.

Taiwan

South Korea and other areas are stepping up in this field, and European enterprises have also displayed some impressive results in some projects.

Therefore, in the future, Japan should establish good research and development cooperation with users in the industry, promote technology development, and constantly introduce new products, so as to take the forefront of the times.

The eight generation of Fang Ming, President of Japan dyeing Association,

Environmental and safety issues need attention

The sharp economic revaluation of yen and other internal and external economic environment has led to a shrinking demand for Japanese dyeing and finishing industry. Therefore, the reform of industrial structure is imminent.

In terms of industrial structure, in addition to organizing group rally activities in the northern land area, we should also consider whether or not it is the right time to try the "Sichuan China Alliance".

At the same time, we should also establish a sense of crisis and pay attention to market information regularly, so as to strive to reduce processing fees and respond to soaring fuel prices.

The focus of this year's dyeing Society

topic

One is environmental and safety issues.

Under the guidance of the state's policies, we should launch projects related to control and reduction of pollutant emissions and avoid the use of harmful chemicals.

At the same time, at the seminar on environmental safety of Japan fiber industry alliance, we discussed actively and put forward proposals on the safety of chemical substances contained in textiles.

Establish close relationship with chemical manufacturers and upstream and downstream industries, conduct regular exchange of information and opinions, and make positive efforts towards the goal of providing safe and reassuring textiles to consumers.
