Madewell

Madewell is a young subsidiary line of brand J.Crew. Its style is simple, refreshing, not exaggerated, but full of youthful vitality, tannin, khaki, pure cotton and fleece fabrics.
　　

The Madewell brand was first founded in 1937. It was considered an early Cowboy brand founded by cowboys. However, it was not until August 2006 that it was repackaged by the famous American national brand J. Crew, and the Madewell brand was able to enter the public view. Today, Madewell, as a young sister brand of J. Crew, has a lower price than the main line J. Crew low 20%~30%, unlike J. Crew is a lifestyle brand that includes wedding dresses and children's wear. Madewell flagship store is located in the United States. There are 18 stores in the United States, and Madewell has launched online stores in the summer of 2010.
 

Madewell, the most famous news in the first half of 2010, invited the British It Girl Alexa Chung to do cross-border design. "Alexa Chung for Madewell 2010 Autumn series" includes 20 casual wear, including dress skirts, high waist denim shorts, wave point shirts, etc. When Alexa Chung talked about cooperation with Madewell, she said that although there were many opportunities for cross border design, she was declined because of inappropriate brands, and Madewell's casual refreshing taste was very similar to that of her own clothes.
