Did you have a clear goal before going there?

Xu Jixiang: we have four purposes for this visit.

The first is to formally invite the European side to attend the high-end forum and boutique exhibition of China (Harbin) International hemp textile this autumn.

The second is to strengthen cooperation with Europe, complement each other and open up China's Linen consumption market.

At present, the proportion of domestic sale of hemp textile is very low, and the export proportion accounts for more than 70%.

In the 12th Five-Year "linen textile industry development plan", it was proposed that at the end of 12th Five-Year, the proportion of the domestic market and the export market reached 1: 1.

To achieve this ratio is not to reduce exports, but to increase domestic sales.

In Europe, linen has become a symbol of high quality and important status.

Europe has many experiences in developing flax market.

Their advantages in hemp spinning technology, brand and design are very obvious.

The third purpose is to discuss the establishment of an international Linen Textile Organization and establish a fair platform for international cooperation.

On this platform, international standards can be established to ensure fair and reasonable trading of raw materials and raw materials.

For example, what kind of raw materials do we need to spin 30 yarns, there is no uniform standard internationally.

When enterprises encounter such a trade dispute, there is no corresponding solution basis, which has caused many trade enterprises and production enterprises perplexed.

The fourth purpose is to develop high-quality seed seeds for linen spinning and to introduce scientific planting methods.

Xu Jixiang: each of these goals has achieved phased results.

In this autumn China (Harbin) International hemp textile high-end forum and boutique exhibition, in addition to European business representatives, the European Union of flax and marijuana President Duqi will bring a large delegation of 16 people to return to the meeting.

In the development of the terminal market of hemp and textile garments, China and the EU have made clear for the first time the joint development of the Chinese flax consumer market.

Europeans say they are willing to cooperate with the Chinese side in terms of brand, technology and design, and make use of their own experience and advantages to jointly develop China's terminal market.

In the establishment of an international fair cooperation platform, China and the EU have clearly stated that they will jointly study the establishment of rules for international trade in flax fibers.

The category of hemp textiles covered by the European flax and cannabis association is different from that of the Chinese hemp textile association. The establishment of the international hemp textile organization can continue to be discussed.

In terms of raw material cooperation, Heilongjiang Jinding Linen Textile Co., Ltd. and Heilongjiang Academy of flax science have established a framework for cooperation with Europe in fine seed allocation.

Xu Jixiang: the first impression is that the gap between Chinese and European linen garments is not small.

We held the Sino European flax summit in Paris.

More than 60 representatives of Chinese and foreign textile enterprises attended the conference.

At this meeting, all European delegates wore linen suits.

Many Chinese representatives wear linen shirts, but there are not many Chinese representatives in linen suits.

I wore a linen suit at the conference.

My suit was bought from linen fabric and tailored by the tailor.

Compared with the European representative's linen suit, my suit looks old-fashioned in style, much more wrinkled than their clothes.

These indicate that there is a certain gap between them in the design and technology of linen terminal garments.

The second feeling is that Europe's experience in flax display is worth learning from.

When I visited the European flax exhibition hall, I found that they displayed a strong sense of stereopsis.

In the process of showing seeds, linen, spinning, weaving, and making garments, the way of Chinese Museum's habit is to use photographs, and the way they use is stereoscopic wax figure.

Each wax figure vividly shows the operation moments of every link, and even the wax figure workers' facial expressions are very vivid.

At present, we are planning to build a flax History Museum and a ramie Museum of history.

The third impression is that China EU cooperation space is very large.

Affected by labor costs and environmental pressures, there are few European linen spinning mills left.

As far as I know, the only two flax spinning factories in Europe are mainly producing flax high count yarn.

Much of the yarn used in European flax textiles is imported from China.

Even in the production of high count yarn, some Chinese enterprises have done well.

For example, Changzhou Meiyuan Linen Textile Co., Ltd. can also produce more than 60S flax high count yarn.

Reporter: what is the planning of China's Linen Textile Association in terms of Sino European flax cooperation?

Xu Jixiang: cooperation should adhere to the two principles, one is not to let Chinese enterprises lose the fair principle, the other is the principle of long-term win-win.

This visit is just the beginning.

The next step needs to be implemented step by step.

I think the first step is to cooperate to develop the terminal market of China's Hemp products.

The second step is to discuss the establishment of international standards and international trade according to standards.

The third step is to gradually establish a seed breeding cooperation mechanism.
