Shengzhou Ties The Tie Chain To Both Ends.

After 25 years of nurturing and development, Shengzhou ties have all the "genes" of the blocky economy, but they are also faced with the bottleneck that the development space is almost saturated and the output is hit by the ceiling.

In recent years, Shengzhou has implemented the pformation and upgrading scheme of tie industry, and has made use of the existing scale, technology and market advantages of the industry to encourage tie manufacturers to elongate the industrial chain and extend the silk industry to home textiles and clothing.

It is the main raw material for weaving neckties in Shengzhou, and expanding the silkworm raw material base is the first step in Shengzhou's "Silk expansion plan".

13 Shengzhou tie backbone enterprises have jointly established two necktie logistics companies, with a total investment of 5 to 800 million yuan. Now they have expanded 980 thousand mu of silkworm base, extended 12 sets of automatic reeling machines, and nearly 2000 tons of white silk distribution.

Shengzhou strives for 5 years of efforts to ensure that silk production accounts for about 20% of the country. Shengzhou has become a global silk industry cluster integrating production, processing, R & D, product display, wholesale sales, information services and quality testing.

Expanding the home textile and clothing industry downward is another link of the extension of the tie industry chain. In recent years, it has entered the vision of more Shengzhou tie enterprises.

For example, BABEI group, the world's largest tie manufacturer, accounts for 20% of the total sales of silk, home textiles and clothing, 200 million yuan for home textiles, 250 for men's clothing, 60% for sales of Xinlida underwear, and 400 million yuan for underwear, clothing and silk products last year, accounting for 70% of the company's total sales.

In addition, a number of tie enterprises such as "McDearm", "Qian Dai", "Dan Lu Yi", "Ya Shi Lin" and "Jia You" have extended to the home textile and garment industry.

The pformation and upgrading of the industry need new technology and new equipment to support it.

To this end, Shengzhou has implemented 17 technical pformation projects of necktie industry with a total investment of 2 billion 300 million yuan, including five main categories: upstream integration, raw material innovation, design development, product development, and technological tackling.

Up to now, 17 projects have invested 460 million yuan in total, of which BABEI group's silk degumming, weight gain and dyeing process finishing technology tackling a number of projects have been put into operation and achieved initial results.
