China'S First Fluorinated Reactive Dye Production Line Put Into Operation

The first phase of the project invested 150 million yuan and was put into trial production in March 2010. It has now formed the annual production capacity of 20 thousand tons of textile chemicals, dyes, auxiliaries and fine chemical intermediates. The two phase has invested about 250 million yuan, and has been built into an area of about 90 thousand square meters. The total area of the project is about 20 thousand square meters, with an annual output of 30 thousand tons of auxiliaries, dyestuffs and intermediates for new textile auxiliaries. The project is invested by Hongkong Liyuan group.

It is understood that Hongkong Liyuan group is a leading enterprise in China's textile dyestuff industry. Liyuan (Hubei) Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully developed a series of fluorinated reactive dyes FL products. It is the first production line of fluorine containing reactive dyes in China. It has broken the history of China's high-end fluorine containing reactive dyes.
