Management measures


(1) general provisions


Article 1 These measures are formulated for the purpose of strengthening our company's audio-visual archives.


The second is our company's audio-visual archives, which refers to the historical records of the records, videos, photographs and films that are directly preserved in the social practice activities of the company.

6. other valuable audio-visual materials.


The fifth collection time


1. audio-visual archival data should be filed with the files of other carrier forms in the archives department within one month after the formation. If there are special cases, the filing time can be appropriately extended.


2. the archival departments should collect scattered and specific audio-visual materials of preservation value at any time.


Sixth collection requirements

Video tape

The film, photos (including negatives) and text instructions should be collected in a timely manner, filing and establishing filing control measures.

If the files are not filed according to the regulations, the expenses for formation shall not be reimbursed, so as to prevent loss.


2. receive the original and original, receive special copies under special circumstances;


3. the contents of audio-visual materials should be authentic, and the negatives, original and images, and replicas should be consistent.


Collection of seventh audio-visual archival materials


1. the archives department has the responsibility to collect important audio-visual materials at any time.


2. in the collection of audio-visual materials, any major events involving the state and the posts and telecommunications departments of the whole country shall submit the catalogue to the archives office of the general office of the Ministry of Posts and telecommunications.


Reimbursement of eighth audio-visual archives costs


All departments or individuals of the company are required to file archival files according to the requirements of the fourth article of these measures. If the files are filed on file according to the requirements and signed and approved by the record room, the finance department shall give the cost of verification.
