From the departments concerned, since the establishment of the public service platform, the textile industry (Fujian) garment accessories innovation center has been actively carrying out various services, which has effectively boosted the development of Shishi and its surrounding garment accessories industry.


According to statistics, over the past three years, quality inspection has been carried out for more than 10000 times, with more than 500 training personnel (Times). Through the platform, our garment accessories enterprises have independently developed and designed 120 kinds of products.


It is understood that in 2007, according to the guidance of the China Textile Industry Association, Bao Gai Town, relying on Hualian Garment Accessories Co., Ltd., vigorously set up a public service platform, invested 12 million yuan to improve the textile industry (Fujian) garment accessories innovation center, and built an office with 300 square meters. At present, the innovation center has 5 testing instruments, 18 research and development equipment, 2 training equipment, 42 computers, 2 servers and 1 websites. At the same time, the innovation center also increased the introduction of talents, and now there are 132 full-time service personnel, of whom 102 are college degree or above.


"Our aim is to build a multi domain service platform to provide public services for enterprises in all directions." In the clothing accessories innovation center, the person in charge told the author that in the past three years, the textile industry (Fujian) garment accessories Innovation Center wanted the enterprises to think that the urgent business was urgent. According to the needs of enterprises, based on the integration of social resources advantages, it explored the establishment of a diversified and all-round public service platform for technology, talent, consultation, training, information and so on, and gradually improved the social service system of industrial clusters.


With the continuous emergence of platform functions and functions, the number of platform service enterprises is increasing year by year. The author sees from the statistical reports over the years that: in 2007, the platform served 2000 enterprises, operating income of 1 million 100 thousand yuan, including 350 thousand yuan of service income, 3500 service enterprises in 2008, 1 million 500 thousand yuan of business income, 520 thousand yuan of service income, 4300 service enterprises in 2009, 1 million 800 thousand yuan of operating income, and 550 thousand yuan of service income.


In addition, the author also learned that the platform has built a website through computers, servers and other related equipment, and has become a multifunctional platform for product distribution, supply and marketing, which has facilitated the development of e-commerce and modern logistics projects for the vast number of enterprises.
