The Spot Check Rate Of Clothing In Shenyang Is 90%.

　 On the 21 day, the Shenyang quality and Technical Supervision Bureau sampled 20 batches of garments produced by 19 enterprises in Shenyang. Among them, 10 batches of products were qualified, the qualified rate of sampling was 50%, and the qualified rate of physical quality was 90%.

The focus of the 2009 provincial and municipal supervision of the 13 enterprises failed to check the spot checks again, including: 13 enterprises, 2 of the production stopped, and 2 other enterprises by the Liaoning provincial Fiber Inspection Institute for spot checks; our bureau of 9 enterprises, 9 batches of products for supervision and spot checks, 3 batches of qualified products, the sample pass rate of 33.4%. The unqualified items are product identities, and the unqualified marks account for 80% of the total spot checks.

The quality of clothing products: the 20 qualified products produced by the 19 enterprises surveyed were 50%, which was 5 percentage points lower than that in 2009. The main problems are:

(1) there is no strict enforcement of GB5296.4-1998 national mandatory standards for the instructions on the use of textiles and clothing for consumer goods. Individual enterprises do not specify the name and address of the manufacturer, or the manufacturer's address is not in conformity with the actual address. There is no logo or no washing method. Some enterprises perform the invalid GB/T2666-2001 standard or execute the FZ/T8007-2003 standard error.

(2) the children's trousers products produced by Fu Peng garment factory in Yuhong District of Shenyang have not been identified and the pH value is not qualified. PH value is an indicator of the acid-base of children's clothing products. PH value is too high or too low, which may damage children's skin pH and cause discomfort. Especially for children with sensitive skin, it is easy to cause allergic symptoms such as skin pruritus, irritation and corrosion on children's skin, and cause skin inflammation, thereby endangering children's health.

(3) the dry fastness of women's trousers produced by Shenyang man Yang Garments Co. Ltd. does not conform to the GB18401-2003 standard. There is a problem in product color fastness, which will affect the appearance and wearability of clothing.
