   河南省鹤壁市鹤淇产业集聚区内,浙商服装产业园等7个重点项目同时开工。这些项目总投资21.97亿元,全部建成后可安排2万余人就业。

After completion, Fushun will become one of the most important commodity distribution centers in the province and even in the East and North."

The construction of the North China city project jointly invested by Tianjin Nongken group and Zhejiang business enterprise Nanjing Huatai Investment Co., Ltd. has been basically completed in the first phase of 300 thousand square meters. It is expected to open formally in May this year.

By then, it will become the largest building material procurement center in North China.

In addition, Huabei city joined forces with the top 50 enterprises in Yongkang, Zhejiang to establish a Beijing Tianjin Hebei marketing center.


Covering 2300 mu, the total construction area of 2 million square meters of Huabei city is one of the ten major wholesale markets of Tianjin's twenty major service projects and focuses on the sale of home decoration products such as hardware, building materials, bathroom and so on.

The establishment of Yongkang product Beijing Tianjin Hebei marketing center will realize the functions of logistics center, information center, training and maintenance center, brand communication center and so on.


      百亿大手笔构筑全球工业品集散中心


The Kelly Changchun international industrial exchange center, which is jointly invested by Zhejiang Zhejiang's two largest conglomerate, Changchun dickay shares and Victoria commercial (Group) Co., Ltd., is about to rise in Changchun. This is a commercial real estate project with an investment of 10 billion yuan and a planned 2 million square meters.

Du Xinping, executive director of the trading center, introduced the project as "2 million square meters of global industrial distribution center, one-stop procurement center for industrial products, fifth generation industrial market cluster and MALL".


Du Xinping said that the construction of the project can fundamentally solve the bottleneck problem of the development of upstream industrial chain of industrial enterprises in Jilin Province, and greatly enhance the core competitiveness of Jilin industrial enterprises.

In addition, the development and operation of the project will directly bring considerable social and economic benefits to the urban construction and development of Changchun.
