Recently, Shanxi Energy Transportation Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanxi energy investment company") held the launching ceremony of the Shanxi oasis hemp textile intelligent production line project in the goldsmith Industrial Park of Jincheng economic and Technological Development Zone.

The intelligent production line of oasis hemp is a key project in Shanxi and the city, covering an area of 200 mu and a total investment of 1 billion 26 million yuan. It mainly produces high end Siro spun hemp blended yarn and fabric. It is expected that output value will exceed 1 billion yuan in 2020.


The two phase of the project will be launched in 2021 and the construction period will be 1 years. After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual production of high-end 10000 tons of hemp blended hemp blended yarn will reach 30 million tons. The annual sales revenue will be 2 billion yuan, and the tax and profit 260 million yuan will be added to 690 new jobs.


The first phase of the project invested 526 million yuan, weaving workshop building area of 130 million square meters, supporting the installation of Belgian music, Germany Carle Meyer and other advanced equipment. Up to now, weaving workshop equipment installation is all in place, process debugging has been completed, and will be put into full scale production since then.


The construction area of the spinning workshop is 21000 square meters, and the main equipment includes Swiss Lida drawing frame, comber, Italy's seco automatic winder and the equipment of the Qing Steel Union, the thickness and so on. At present, the equipment is all in place, installation and commissioning are in full swing.

This project has been topping over two months ago. Now the interior decoration has basically completed 90%, and the equipment has also been installed with 20-30%. It is expected that enterprises in my side will be able to start production in late November or early December.


The construction progress of the whole park is quite satisfactory. Now the whole park is a phenomenon of "comprehensive cooking". Many enterprises are relatively confident, like the ignition test of the combined heat and power boiler in the past few days, which boosted confidence for the entire printing and dyeing enterprisers in Chaonan.


It is understood that the total investment of PPP project in Chaonan District textile printing and dyeing comprehensive environmental treatment center is about 4 billion 326 million yuan. At present, the printing and dyeing center sewage treatment plant has the capacity of sewage treatment in the first stage. Commercial and residential services supporting facilities, road network infrastructure and other projects are stepping up.


The first batch of 6 enterprises to acquire land will expect some enterprises to have production conditions before the end of October.


It is understood that all the printing and dyeing enterprises that have been reserved now have been built in the park.


The 6 enterprises of the first self built factory have basically completed the civil works and are installing the equipment.


75 small enterprises will be stationed in 10 general factories, including 19 factories in 19 buildings in the North District, and equipment installation is being carried out, and more than 2/3 enterprises at the end of the year are going into the park for production.


After the completion of the textile and dyeing and environmental protection comprehensive treatment center in Chaonan District, the discharge of sewage and exhaust gas from the printing and dyeing enterprises will be thoroughly solved from the source. It will play a key role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of Chaonan industry, speeding up the comprehensive renovation of the river training City, and achieving a win-win situation for economic development and environmental protection.
